In return, approved participants will receive a Lifetime Membership upgrade on the platform.

  2. What is the RoadCrew Program?

    RoadCrew members help spread awareness of Freelansa.my by placing an official Freelansa.my promotional sticker on the rear windshield of their car.   4. How to Join

    1. Register for an account at Freelansa.my. Both Employer and Freelancer are eligible to join the program.
    2. Contact us using the contact form or send us email at support@freelansa.my or click on the live chat button on the bottom right of the page.
    3. Provide the following details:
      • ✔ Full name
      • ✔ Contact number
      • ✔ Shipping address
      • ✔ Preferred sticker design option
    At the moment, we have only 2 designs available. We will add more design in the future.
    • Width = 16 inch, Height = 6.2 inch
    • Width = 16 inch, Height = 6.2 inch
    You can choose which sticker you like to have. Once we have all your details and application approved, we will mail the sticker to your address.

  5. Sticker Placement Requirements

    The official Freelansa.my sticker must be placed on the rear windshield of your vehicle in a clearly visible position. After installation, you must take and submit 3 photos of your vehicle:
    1. Direct rear view
    2. Right-side angle view
    3. Left-side angle view

    The photos must clearly show the sticker attached to the vehicle.

  6. Verification & Approval

    Send the required photos to our team for verification. Once approved:
    • ✔ Your account will be upgraded to Lifetime Membership status
    • ✔ You officially become a Freelansa.my RoadCrew member

  7. Annual Verification Requirement

    To remain in the RoadCrew Program, members must continue displaying the sticker on their vehicle. Verification is required:
    • ✔ Once every year, or
    • ✔ Anytime upon request by the Freelansa.my team
    Members will need to submit updated photos showing the sticker is still installed on the vehicle. Failure to provide verification photos within the requested timeframe may result in:
    • ✘ Removal from the RoadCrew Program
    • ✘ Revocation of Lifetime Membership privileges

  8. Important Notes

    • ✔ The sticker must not obstruct driving visibility or violate local regulations.
    • ✔ Stickers should remain clean, visible, and in good condition.
    • ✔ Freelansa.my reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
    • ✔ Program terms may be updated from time to time.
